Save Cool Triplex 25mm is a six-layer thermal-break insulation for roofs, ceilings and walls. Three reflective foil layers sit over two 10 mm FR air-bubble cushions and a 5 mm EPE foam core, 25 mm in total, with a tested core R-value of 0.67 m²K/W. Lay it over the ceiling or fix it behind metal cladding to cut heat gain in homes, warehouses and commercial buildings.

Save Cool Triplex 25mm (product code SC-TRP-25) is a six-layer reflective thermal-break insulation. Its construction is 19 µm MTX foil / 10 mm FR air bubble / 9 µm pure foil / 5 mm EPE FR foam / 10 mm FR air bubble / 19 µm MTX foil.
The triple-cushion core creates a 25 mm thermal break, while the reflective foils block radiant heat. It is fire-retardant (FR) formulated, water-resistant and non-fibrous.

Thermal performance: R-value by assembly
Reflective insulation works best when installed next to an air gap. The total system R-value depends on how many reflective air cavities are created in the roof, ceiling or wall.

How to install Save Cool Triplex on a roof, ceiling or loft
- Measure the installation area with a measuring tape and prepare the right roll quantity for the m².
- Bring the roll up to the loft or attic area.
- Unroll and lay the rolls on top of the ceiling board or ceiling panels.
- Cover the full area evenly, leaving no gaps between the sheets.
- Seal all joints and overlaps with aluminium foil tape.
Air gap tip: face the reflective side toward the heat source and always maintain an air gap. Keep at least 75 mm clearance from downlights.
